What You Can Exchange or Return
Humblecock unconditionally guarantees all of our products to be free from defects of workmanship. We will gladly replace or refund you for any defective items you wish to return.
If you're unsatisfied with the fit, quality, color, or size of an item you may return it and choose an item in another size or color. We will gladly replace any item that you're not completely happy with.
Return/Exchange Policy Limitations:
- Item must be returned within 45 days from date of purchase.
- Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be exchanged or returned.
Exchanges and Refunds
If you simply wish to exchange or return an item for any reason (see limitations above), you are responsible for return shipping charges, but we will ship you a replacement item with no additional shipping charge.
A reason for returning or exchanging may be that you decide you don't like the style, fit, or color, or you decide you just don't want the item for whatever reason.
What to do:
- Fill out the return form you received with your order. Make sure you indicate which item you wish to receive in exchange.
- Place the item to be returned in an appropriate box and send it back to us.
You are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend you use priority mail or a carrier that provides tracking. Humblecock is not responsible for lost shipments.
Mistakes & Defective Items
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect in any way, we will replace it and take care of the return shipping. We'll send you a replacement item of the same size and style right away at no additional cost to you.
Orders that fall into this category include receiving an item that does not match the size or style that you ordered, as well as any defects that occured in the manufacturing process.

- Contact us at info@humblecock.com to report the problem.
- One of our representatives will contact you to coordinate the return shipping.
- Use the information provided for shipping and send the item back to us in an appropriate box.
Humblecock assumes responsibility for return shipping cost on items that do not match your order or are defective in any way.

If you request a replacement, when the returned item is received, we immediately process a new order for your replacement item, and ship it to you with no additional shipping charge.
If you request a refund, when the returned item is received, the value of your returned item will be credited back as soon as we've completed processing your return (usually within 2 weeks).
